Laga Enterprises, LLC
Is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. As a Business Consultant for General Business Services he
specialized in Business Projections, Planning and Management. Beginning his career as a
Registered Respiratory Therapist. Then Repositioning himself from the hospital setting to
private business, he, was VP of Respiratory Services at Foster Medical responsible for national
products and sales. Following Fosters sale to Avon Corporation he served on Medical
Acquisitions, Transitions and Management Team for Avon and Liaison for new acquisition. He
walked the acquisition through the transition process focusing on business and personal
retainment. In 1985 he was one of the original founders of Classic Medical, Inc. He has a varied
business back ground. He Owned and managed Noelle’s Cheesecakery a specialty bakery,
Action Medical Supply, Laga Business Service, Dignity Medical Supplies, Secure Medical
Billing, Designed and Built a Home in Michigan, Remolded Homes in Michigan and Florida.

Graduated from the University of Central Florida with a pre-law degree, and holds a Real Estate
License. Prior to graduation he was employed by KB Home for acquisition and development
services. He has since worked for Toll Brothers, and Meritage Homes, all of which are top
national homebuilders in the United States. His responsibilities included seeking out potential
sites, negotiating the terms of the deal, closing the deals, pro-forma the deal structure, financing
through third parties, entitlements, and horizontal construction of the property. John is currently
with Meritage Homes but plans to be fully involved in the dealings with Laga Enterprises, LLC.
His current responsibility is approving all deals within the state of Florida for the company. He
has a lasting relationship with local developers throughout the state, as well as many
government officials.
