| Graduated from the University of Central Florida with a pre-law degree, and holds a Real Estate License. Prior to graduation he was employed by KB Home for acquisition and development services. He has since worked for Toll Brothers, and Meritage Homes, all of which are top national homebuilders in the United States. His responsibilities included seeking out potential sites, negotiating the terms of the deal, closing the deals, pro-forma the deal structure, financing through third parties, entitlements, and horizontal construction of the property. John is currently with Meritage Homes but plans to be fully involved in the dealings with Laga Enterprises, LLC. His current responsibility is approving all deals within the state of Florida for the company. He has a lasting relationship with local developers throughout the state, as well as many government officials. |
